I finished my taxes last night. It's an amended return so I have to send in my federal physically in the mail today and State was E-filed. I got the acceptance for State this morning. I got a Federal refund and owe for state. Towards the end, TT asked me for my bank information to pay for state taxes. I did that. At the very end when I was actually filing state, I was shown a link to download a payment voucher for State taxes.
I don't want to send in a money order to pay for these taxes if they're just going to charge me electronically in a couple days. It is not clear why I was asked for bank information when I was also given a downloadable payment voucher.
Obviously this question is more specific than anything the FAQ or the automated phone service could handle. Does anyone know if my account with be charged electronically and I just have to send in the voucher without payment, or do I need to send payment and just hope they don't deduct the amount from my bank?

For the most part, if you set up a payment in TurboTax you don't need the voucher. But there are some states that are exceptions. What is your state?
State of Georgia
