Deductions to Oklahoma Income for a Non-Resident

My wife and I are residents of Texas.  Our only income from Oklahoma is from a trust.  TurboTax asked about applying our IRA deductions to our Oklahoma income, which reduces it below the $1,000 requirement to file in Oklahoma.  However, I cannot find anything on Oklahoma income tax deductions on their state tax website.  Is that an appropriate deduction for non-residents?

Yes, you can deduct a pro-rated amount as a nonresident.   TurboTax does the calculation on the nonresident return.  Directions for Line 17 of Schedule 511-NR-1 -Nonresident Oklahoma Tax Return says - Enter the total adjustments to income reported on your Federal Form 1040.  Examples include penalty on early withdrawal of savings, IRA deduction, deduction for self-employment tax, and moving deduction.   See image below of the Nonresident instructions, linked above.
