Cannot download state- TT Home and Business 2020

I cannot download my state return. It attempts, then says my software is up to date. Please advise- I found the article (and patch) for 2019. This is for version 2020, Home and Business version

Having a similar problem when I get to "Let's Complete Your Purchase Online" (to purchase the State) it hangs up, sometimes I get to next screen but buttons don't work....

Actually found that if you change your display resolution to lower quality you can then get the purchase options to show up, at least that is what worked for my new laptop with windows 10.  Be sure to change the resolution back to what it was after you complete the purchase.
