CA State return rejected

My California state return keeps getting rejected and I need help resolving it. I’ve tried multiple times on my phone and computer and it’s still rejected

What is the rejection message/code?

CA State return rejected

It says “missing information on Form 3849 Premium Assistance Subsidy.” But won’t allow me to go in to change or add any info
