If you earned income in Colorado, and taxes were withheld, you do need to file a Colorado NonResident return in addition to your Indiana return.
Indicate in the My Info section your resident state and remove CO if it carried over from last year and you no longer made money in that state.
If you did earn money in CO, then prepare the non resident return before your resident return. You'll get a credit on your resident state return for taxes paid to the non resident state. @26d1d53a1da4
