Amended return 5 digit pin

I tried to send in my amended return and used the agi number provided on my account bc I could not rember the 5 digit number. Although this did not work. Was it bc it’s on my wife account so must I use a new number for myself or is there another problem. I’m also confused bc on the return it says make a number as if I have never made one?

As far as I can tell, TurboTax does not support the prior-year self-select PIN in place of AGI for e-File.

To e-File a 1040-x you must be in the account that prepared and submitted the original 1040 and has received an ACCEPTED message.
