Add cost to efile state when said I didn't want to.

I said I didn't want to efile my state tax return and they  confirmed this but they are still adding on the cost when it says you are almost ready to file.   How do I get out of this?

In the File section of the program when you select E-File, the following screen asks you which returns you want to e-file.  For the state return just select Do not e-file my state return now

After the federal return is e-filed return to the File section and select File by Mail.  On the following screen select Do not print my federal return
