529's in Illinois

There is nowhere to enter 529 contributions or withdrawals for an Illinois tax return-very annoying, have not had the problem in past years

It is entered on your state return.  When you come to the screen titled Here's the income that Illinois handles differently, scroll down to Education and choose the category you made contributions to.
