Our was rejected once for the inflation relief and 2 x now for the e-sign spouse. I resubmitted last night and still pending after reading everyone’s comments here. I’m surprised so many people had theirs accepted so fast last night after submitting. Hopeful for today. Never experienced this before so very frustrating.

I need to correct what I wrote here - you are not locked into paper if you switch from efile to paper. You go back into the dashboard, scroll to the bottom, click add state and it begins the state process again. It doesn’t have you start from scratch, it just takes you back into your return. You go through the workflow and eventually get to a screen where you can switch back to efile - if I remember correctly it may actually just default back to Efile.

I also want to provide an update, yesterday I deleted and resubmitted my return as instructed to on here. It also wasn't from scratch and took me back to fixing my return. I transmitted it again and was almost immediately rejected via email. However, after doing nothing else, a few hours later it moved back to pending, and this morning I got the accepted email. So, seems like some fixes have been deployed...

I did the same thing. You can actually switch back from Tax Home, scroll the the bottom and click "Add State". It will take you back into the area where you have the option to file. Hope this helps!

I also resubmitted a little after 8 pm last night. My return is still pending, but it hasn't been rejected yet either, so hopefully that's a good sign.

My 2025 NYS return was rejected 3 times, once for the inflation check and 2 times for the spousal signature.  I refiled on Thursday 2/5/26 evening and as of Monday 2/9/26 morning the NYS return is still pending.  Anyone else still pending?

Mine too! Pending since 02/06 and been rejected 3 times. Fingers crossed it goes through this time!

Check the actual NY state refund tracker. Mine was pending on turbo still I refiled Thursday. NY state refund tracker now says they’ve received it but need further review.
