2022 Turbo Tax State File with Club Credit not being credited!

Just before filing my State, Turbo Tax provided the following information:

State Tax Filing Fee $25

Club Credit $10

Amount to be paid $15.

Then, when I go to pay using the credit card on the next screen, it charged me $25!!

How can Turbo Tax get away with this manipulation!!  

I need a refund!
