I prepaid State Taxes in October, I cannot locate withing Turbo Tax, where to enter that prepayment.

Go to TurboTax Intuit home click on the three lines scroll down to my docs if you filed with turbo last year it may already be entered and if not it will show up review just click it and enter it

Please follow these steps to enter your state tax prepayment:

1. Log into TurboTax & click on any topic to continue to your return
2. Click on Federal on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Next click on Deductions and Credits at the top of the screen
4. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click on "Show More"
5. Click on "Start" or "Revisit" next to Income Taxes Paid and then click on "Yes" 
6. Click on "Start" next to Payments with 2019 state extension and enter your payment

A payment made in October would more likely be classified as an estimated payment, rather than a payment with extension.
