Poor Customer Service

I just had the worst possible customer service on a call with TurboTax support. It ended with her disconnecting when she was supposed to be seeking help for me. I'm done with Turbo tax after this year. I've already paid so I will use it, but that's it. THis isn't the first incident but it's the last straw.
