Payroll Taxes Withheld

What if we have an employee that currently lives in Arizona but is a resident in Alaska. The only reason they are living in Arizona is because her husband is stationed in Arizona with the military. She is wanting to have Alaska taxes instead of Arizona. Since we do not do business in Alaska am I supposed to register the company in that state?

Same thing would be if we have an employee that works in Arizona but lives in New Mexico. How am I supposed to set the taxes up to be withheld?

Alaska has NO state income tax.  There would be no state tax to withhold for Alaska.

What about Arizona and New Mexico? If we have an employee that lives in New Mexico but works in Arizona, do we have Arizona state taxes or New Mexico state taxes taken out?
