My return was completed and passed REVIEW, with no errors. BUT ... when using credit card to pay for state E-File it went to white screen and stayed there. No explanation as to what happened.
PROBLEM: There was a Federal W-2 form that was open with no data entered.
CURE: Go to FEDERAL TAXES, WAGES & INCOME W2 and tap the $0 use the trash can to delete the W-2 entry.
INTUIT FIX NEEDED: Tubo Tax found the error that prevented payment. BUT needs to find the error on review and/or to give error code or message describing the reason for payment was blocked.
