Paid twice for state filing

My computer crashed before I submitted my taxes. I had already paid for an additional state (filing in 2 states). I got a new computer and redid my taxes and had to pay again for the additional state.
Im sure it’s visible that I paid twice but only submitted taxes once. Can I get reimbursed?

I paid twice to have my Connecticut tax return filed. I would like a refund.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
