PA Tax Discrepancy

My PA Tax due is $43 both in the upper left and on the forms themselves. However, when I go through to the summary and the review, it says there is no tax due.

The issue with the summary screen is currently being investigated. It does not affect your return at all. The forms that are filed with the state are what is most important.
