I received K-1's for Pennsylvania-based trusts. I live in Colorado. Do I need to fill out a Pennsylvania tax return?

Yes, you do.   Per PA, Pennsylvania resident beneficiaries of estates and trusts must report income received or credited from estates or trusts on their PA-40 Pennsylvania Personal Income Tax return as a separate class of income—“income derived through estates or trusts”—for Pennsylvania personal income tax purposes.

Thanks for the link! What about PA nonresidents? I read through the info and it wasn't clear to me.

Read the portion of that link that mentions Nonresident Trust and Trusts That Are Not Pennsylvania Taxpayers. If you have doubt what category you fall under, file the return as a non-resident.
