Oregon ASC code 158 value not updated based on latest 1099's

Is there a way to make turbotax show me how the value for this addition was calculated? I followed it back to the "Other Adds" form, but the value I found there has no details.

I believe that this value is wrong, based on the information that I see in my 1099-INT/DIV forms (1099-DIV line 12 and 1099-INT line 8, for allocation of these to states other than OR). But the interview says that this value has been entered by TT for me, so it's supposed to be right.

I think it might have been calculated earlier when I hadn't entered all my 1099's, but hasn't been updated correctly with the latest... but this is something I'd expect the software to catch and flag (it claims no errors on my return)... but it isn't doing so.
