Wanted to know for sure if I needed to File a state return for WV and MD- recipricol states, but I'm pretty sure I don't need to . Can you help me know for sure? Thanks!

I am a currently a Virginia resident and work in WV, a recipricol state.
My wife, also a Virginia resident, receives a stipend from a US Department of Education office located in Maryland.
Do we need to file State Returns for Maryland and West Virginia?

Only W-2 wages work for reciprocal treatment so be sure the "stipend" qualifies. Here's a FAQ about this subject:

If your income qualifies then you don't need MD or WV returns.
