When checking my Ohio state tax return i get the message to fix an error that states this: "Form IT1040 1-2: No Use Tax due must be entered". The answers available to select are: "No entry" or "No Use Tax". I'm not even sure what this is asking and am having no luck searching online for the meaning

The Ohio Use tax is for out-of state purchases (or online purchases) for items that are in USE in Ohio. If no sales tax was collected when the purchase was made, you must report and pay Use Tax to Ohio. For more information see Ohio Use Tax
In the OH interview you answered yes, instead of no to the use tax question. Now you have to enter amount. Click no use tax. Or, go back to the interview and change your answer (if you can; sometimes it won't let you back to change one answer items)
