The email address section on the Ohio Information Worksheet is locked in both Forms mode and EasyStep on TurboTax Desktop 2024. It contains an old email address that no longer exists. I have already updated the address associated with my TurboTax account. That is not the problem. The software must have pulled the email address from a previous year's tax filing. Please make this section of the worksheet editable next year!

I have the same problem, Intuit account has correct email address but TurboTax is pulling it from somewhere else (probably last year's e-filed return, which did use the outdated email address). Is there NO WAY to correct this in the form? This is going to prevent me from e-filing, which is nonsense since there is NO REASON to keep this form locked!
I should add that, in the Forms view, I can right-click the field to "override it". Then I can delete the old email address and type in the correct one. But when I go close the form and go back to interview mode, the wrong info still displays there (even though it remains overridden on the form).
Additionally, since I was unsure what would be sent to the Ohio Dept of Taxation, I decided to just e-file the federal return but print and mail the state return. During e-file, it asked for the email address I wanted to be notified by...after giving it the correct email address and submitting, I went back and checked interview mode on the state return. Lo and behold, it was correct now.
So there *is* a way to fix this, but it's definitely in the wrong place. Intuit, please make this an editable field *in the interview* next year so we don't have to futz around like this.
