NY Income factor not updating even after removing schedule C

I am trying to amend my return. I removed sch. C . but on NY State Return the biz loss is still showing on line 6 on the NY State amount column. This is reducing line 17 and calculating incorrect factor on line 45. How do I get Turbo tax update the factor
