North Carolina!!!

2020 was my first full year in the State of North Carolina.  I understand it is a "Community Property State".  What effect, if any, will that have on the way I file my 2020 Tax Return?????

North Carolina!!!

None.

First of all, NC is not a community property state. Second, community property rules only apply if you and your spouse want to file separate tax returns.  In that case, you have to report half of certain income of the spouse on your tax return.
