Nonresident Spouse Treated as a Resident Statement Declaration

I am planning to file tax with married filing jointly option, my spouse is a non resident alien and I am a resident alien. Last year in 2016, I amended my tax returns of 2015, 2014, to attach the signed statement declaration to treat my spouse (non resident alien in 2015, 2014 too) as resident alien for tax purposes. Should I again attach the statement declaration with my tax filing this year (then I have to mail my tax return) or skip it since I already sent it last year (I can efile my tax return)?

No, you do not need to make the choice every following year after you initially delcared.  Once made, the choice to be treated as a resident applies to all later years unless suspended.  See Choice revoke
