No State SW enabled with my purchased Turbo Tax from Costco

Hello,

I purchased Turbo Tax Home & Business with State from Costco today to begin my taxes.

The State (colorado) is not installing correctly.

When I click START my state taxes - I only get an informational window that says my SW is up to date.

But no windows open to allow me to enter State tax info.

The best thing to do is to call in. Tell the agent on the phone that it is a known issue and that the solution is to push first a federal soft, then state.
