No Oregon voucher

When I printed my Oregon return to a pdf there were quarterly estimate vouchers but no voucher for what I owe.  Can you look into this

We can't do anything or look at your return.  Are you sure you have a tax due?  Maybe it's set up to debit your bank account.  There should be a cover sheet for the state return saying how you picked to pay it.

Turbotax did not provide a payment voucher and yes I owe.  The software gives me quarterly estimate but no payment voucher for Oregon.  I get a federal payment voucher as well as quarterly estimates.

You might walk through the state section again for estimated taxes. It is in the 'Other forms' section following Oregon Credits. Or you can pay directly online with this link.

Did you efile or are you mailing your return?  The Oregon instructions say to only use the voucher if you're making a separate payment by check.  Don't include the voucher if you're including a payment with your return or making an electronic payment.
