I have a NJ sole proprietorship LLC. However, when I enter my information into Turbo Tax - my income is being listed on my NJ state return as business income and as partnership income - which doubles my taxable income. What can I do to only be taxed on my income once?

Sounds like you entered the Sch C income twice ... once in the business section and again in the personal section incorrectly ... switch to the FORMS mode and look at the return to see what you did incorrectly so you know how to fix it.
Thanks. I thought that might be the case, but I checked and I did not do that. On the federal return, the income is only listed once. It just comes up twice when it imports over to the NJ return. In any event, I followed your advice and went to the forms and changed it manually.
