In order to prepare a prior year return with Turbo Tax, you will have to download the program. Here is a link with prior year tax programs.

You will need to re-enter the federal information so it flows through to the state return.

If you prepared your 2020 federal return using TurboTax you can download the desktop software to prepare the 2020 state return and mail in.   It cannot be e-filed.
