My taxes was saying processing and the it switched to reviewing and call 18008290582 ref.1242 whats this all about my taxes was suppose to be correct

Hey did you ever find out. They just sent me to that number and said to put in Ext 462? Been trying to contact them but it’s over an hour hold time each time and then my phone drops the call.
