My IN k-1 shows income with amnt withheld on line 8. There is other income from Indiana. I am a non-resident. After enterring wthhd amnt does not show on Schedule F?

You need to enter the tax withheld in the federal program. Look for "Deductions and Credits", then "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid", then "Other Income Taxes", then "Other Income Taxes paid in 2019", then "Withholding not already entered on a form  W-2 or 1099."
