My 2018 IN Tax refund is not showing up on my Indiana schedule 2 deductions line 3 "state tax refund reported on federal return" as it has in years past. TurboTax bug?

My 2018 IN refund correctly carried over as federal 2019 income but for some reason it's not showing as an indiana deduction. Help?

I have to ask, did your state tax refund appear on your federal 1040 Schedule 1, line 1?

BillM223 great catch and no, it's not there. I think I understand. As I was actually over the new fed deduction cap of $10k for state/local taxes in 2018, the state refund I got was already taxed in 2018 and isn't being added as 2019 taxable fed income. So doesn't show up as a state vs federal income difference in 2019. Does that does right?
