Minnesota Tax Return

Why does turbotax attached Minnesota Form M1PR-AI to my Minnesota Tax Return form M1? It should be only attached to form M1PR if I qualify to file that return.

The MN renter credit cannot be e-filed. It has to be mailed. If you do not qualify for it, do not mail it.
