Will my 2018 credit come on 2019 taxes

What credit?  For what exactly?  Did you choose to put your 2018 refund toward MI tax for 2019?  We cannot see your account or your tax returns.  If you were supposed to get some other credit on your 2018 state return, you would have received on that return.  They do not put it on the next year.

Well apparently they didn't get efiled through turbo tax.. Only my federal did

Then you need to print, sign and mail it.  E-filing is closed for 2018 returns.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
