I've finished entering information for my federal tax and thought I was paying to get the stuff I needed for my state taxes (Oregon) but it looks like you're trying to sell me the Federal stuff again. I'm confused.

That's odd, I wonder if something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
