I'm going through the same issue - seems like it's a bug in their part. Not sure what to do, just had to purchase their tax assistance for an additional $100 dollars... seems like a great way to make people go that route no?! But for real, this needs fixing or people will start going to competitors.

I have been using Turbotax to file my taxes for well over a decade. This is the first time I have had an issue. I used the chat feature to try and find out what to do but that did not work either.
That said, if it is not fixed soon I will find another option and request a credit card chargeback of the $300 I spent on the online version because the product I paid for is faulty and not performing as advertised. As it stands, I am unable to finish and file my taxes.
Thanks for this info. It would be nice if they would post something here to that effect. Someone said they are responding on Twitter, but I don't use Twitter and don't want to open an account. It's odd that they don't respond on their own website but do on Twitter.
I finally have completed my taxes using the workaround. There were no errors and I went through every single form to make sure the numbers matched what I entered. I am now waiting for the foreign tax credit form before filing. I highly recommend that anyone who has successfully completed their taxes with a workaround, that you create a duplicate. Any changes that I make going forward will first be tested on my duplicate to ensure it works.
Also seeing this issue... hopefully the Feb 24 patch is a real thing.
I receive the same error on Schedule B, Line 10, which prevent me from e-file my return. when can Turbo Tax fix it? i already paid for the state e-file but Turbo Tax not allow me to e-file the state return due to this error.
Hopefully soon because a lot of us are in the same boat. Line 10 for me shows 0. As I believe it supposed to yet I can’t find because I had over 250 transactions. SMH
Same issue here. I sent them a message on Twitter too -- will report back here if I get any additional information on when they are fixing this.
This is a BIG problem, TurboTax please respond to this error with a fix date.
Same issue - spoke to support and they say they are aware, but have no ETA. Hoping the 2/24 ETA someone provided is true. Going to be real upset if I have to print a million pages and send snail mail because their skeleton crew tech team can't fix the bug after they wasted budget on the super bowl.
+1 Having the same issue showing up during MA state check, claiming I needn adjustment that has not been finalized. Ready to file, but unable to.

having this issue with MA as well.
Really frustrating from a 10+ year TurboTax user to finally get other forms in and ready to file only to be roadblocked by a bug that should have been fixed weeks ago.
