MA 1 NR/PY :I think I found a bug in Turbo Tax

This is my MA-1 NR/PY form created by Turbo Tax, and it doesn't seem to make sense. 
Line 14a is supposed to be the same as line 12, but TT put "15" there for some reason. 

As a result, line 14g, which is supposed to be about 0.5 (I worked in MA for half of the year), ends up 0.0001 
So, the question is how do I report this bug to Intuit, and, more importantly, how do I _fix_ it. TT doesn't let me edit that number in the form ...

I am not able to duplicate your situation. My schedule x is carrying over so that line 14 and line 12 match. The numbers and percentages are working for me.

If you are using desktop, check that your software is up to date.

If you are using online, you may want to delete the state and try one or more of the following:

1. Log out of your return and try:
   1. Don't use Internet Explorer.
   2. Clear cache and cookies,
   3. Sign in using a different browser.
   4. Sign in using a different device.
2. Log back into your return.
3. Enter the form again.
