Kentucky 740NPR efile is rejected saying an amount for KY wages is required

Efileing of the Kentucky 740NPR ( non resident form) keeps getting rejected with an error that it wants the Kentucky wages input. It is entered on page 4 Section B, but also states that a schedule KW-2 should be included. I do not see this form anywhere in the program. 

I called TurboTax and they keep saying it is an erroneous reject message from Kentucky. 

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this so that I can efile?

Yes.  Go back to the beginning of the Kentucky return, and instead of selecting the nonresident return, select a different residency.

From here, select nonresident reciprocal return.

 This is KY Form 740 NP-R and will hopefully handle the error you are getting.

If not, please let us know and also include the states involved in your particular situation.

This did not resolve the issue. I even tried to print out and mail it in but the kw-2 form did not print.
