Farmland Preservation Credit - What should I check on the Federal Form so I get form FC-A on the WI state taxes? Turbo Tax Home & Business worked last year

This appears to be a WI state income tax form. Nothing to do with federal income tax. So there should be no box to check on the federal form. When you prepare your WI state tax return through TurboTax this schedule FC-A should be included.

It should be included but it is not for 2017.  Did TurboTax fail again.  HELP
