i am completing the Ohio tax return for my grand daughter, however the tax due does not appear on the return.  she should have a tax due, instead she is getting a refund.  please advised

You haven't said why you think she should have a tax due, instead of  getting a refund. Review the form IT 1040 to see if you can find the error.
