Do you have a home or an apartment in NYC? If so, answer yes. If not, then answer no.
Nope. NYC includes Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island.
What if I attended college in NYC and formed at the university? Does that still apply to maintaining living quarters in NYC? I paid my time at the dorms using loans.
If you were a full-time student temporarily living in the dorm and your permanent address was with your parents, outside of NYC, then your are considered a resident of your parents home and you may answer No to this question.
If you did not intend that your parent's home was your permanent address and you changed your driver's license and voter registration to NYC, a case could be made that you intended to make your domicile there and that might change the answer.
