Injured Spouse for Virginia

My husband is the main breadwinner. However, I filed taxes under my name and listed him as a secondary. I just got notice I owe $5k in back taxes and they are going to start garnishing my wages, and placing Liens on my property. Can I file injured spouse since it’s not my income owed?
