The software updated today and fixed the state side but it still says pending even though i received an email from turbo tax stating it has been rejected and to go back to turbo tax and the software will help to fix issue and refile. Its been 3 days now and still says pending. My Federal was accepted, per my email i got, but it says pending still as well
I am having this exact issue. The manual update didn't work for me. Would love to get this addressed soon.

I'm receiving emails from TT stating my returns have been rejected, but the desktop TT software says returns are Pending and doesn't provide steps to make the needed correction.
If the return is indeed rejected, there should be a rejection code listed in the email received. Although you have mentioned a conflict between the email received and the software status, please review this resource. You may also reach out to our phone support team for further clarity and assistance @kbotma .
