Incomplete forms for Maryland State screwed up my return

In Maryland if you are retired military over the age of 55 you can deduct $15,000 from your military retired pay.  It is noted on form 502SU.  Last year it was perfect.  This year everything transferred over but TurboTax did not have that form in their software for some reason so my deduction was never made.  I filed my taxes thinking Turbo Tax should know.  When I finally compared 2019 to 2018 and saw the big difference I went back into my Turbo Tax program and found the mistake.  It is a $1,200 mess-up.  Now I have to file an amended return because I go from having to pay $941 to getting a $297 REFUND.  Problem is when I try and amend by state return in Turbo Tax it still doesn't have the proper form so I will have to do it by hand.  Which means I am demanding a refund but there is NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO ONE TO EMAIL.  That is very convenient.  If someone from Turbo Tax reads this can you contact me?
