I resided in MA less than 6 months & then moved to FL & established permanent residency (more than 6 months). Where does TT ask when I moved from MA to FL?

In the Personal Info section for your name, you are asked to select your resident state. You should have selected Florida. Then you are asked if you lived in any other states. You should have selected Massachusetts and the date that you moved to Florida.
