The Oregon information worksheet is not supported on some systems yet. As the state updates forms, they are incorporated into the system. Please check Forms Availability for your method of tax preparation.

So how do I fix the drop down on the worksheet?? I’ve contacted support. It’s a document that is being auto-filled incorrectly but there’s no way for me to correct the mistake it is making.

You will not be able to fix this as it is due to the form itself. Please see the link provided above by AmyC to further instruct you on how you are to file this particular form (mail in, fax, etc. vs. e-file if it is not yet being accepted by the program).
