Illinois state property tax credit

When I try to use the property tax credit section I get an error statement that say I should go back and check the previous section I was working on.  This happens repeatedly.  I should get a credit for the state property tax I pay, but can not get this item to function.

we can't see what you are doing.  so this could be a Turbotax bug or you are not entering all the required info

I've provided a link to IL -ICR so you can view the form to see whats needed

 note that for certain taxpayers, if there income is too high they gt no credit

It was a software program issue.  Support had me reinstall the State updates and it took care of the problem.
