Illinois K-1-T

I am filing a return for a Special Needs Trust.  There is no K-1 being issued and the Federal Return did not force me to fill out a K-1 for any beneficiaries, however, my Illinois return is forcing me to fill out a K-!-T for beneficiaries.  How can I override that. We have never had to file a K-1 before because there are no distributions made and the trust is paying all of the taxes.

I should have mentioned that it is a complex trust and does not require the distribution of income to the beneficiaries

Illinois requires beneficiary information regardless of whether there are any distributions.

Here is the Illinois rules on that.
