When am I considered a Maryland resident

I lived and worked in Missouri for all of 2017.  However, I still consider myself to as a resident of Maryland because I return to Maryland when Missouri work is completed.  I live with my parents whenever I am not working out of state.  Am I considered a Maryland Resident?  I have a Maryland license and tags (if that matters).

If your permanent home where you always intend to return is in Maryland, and you have not set up domicile in another state (only there for temporary work assignments, didn't find permanent housing, didn't register to vote, etc) then you would file a NonResident return for Missouri and a Resident Return for Maryland.
