If I am a resident of Alabama, but only made money in Florida, do I file Alabama taxes?

I am a college student, and I only made money in Florida. Do I still file Alabama taxes? If not, how can I fix my Alabama state file? The IRS didn't like it.

If you are a resident of Alabama and make money in Alabama or any other state you must file if your income is more than:

$4000 - Single

$5,250 - Married Filing Separate

$7,700 - Head of Household

$10,500 - Married Filing Joint 

As a resident Alabama taxes your income regardless of where it was earned.
