If I haven't lived in the US since 2016, what do I put as my state of residence? It asks about 2019 but doesn't provide an option to select NONE.

If this is in the Personal Info section of TurboTax there is an option at the very bottom of the dropdown list to select Foreign or U.S. Possession. If you are experiencing this issue elsewhere, please come back and provide additional information so we can assist.
